Fontys ICT opens video lab 'Pixel Playground'

ICT touches all aspects of our lives and in recent years we have seen a rise in virtual worlds and immersive technology. To give students space, explore it and develop new applications, Fontys ICT is opening its state-of-the-art video lab 'Pixel Playground', a fully equipped space for virtual productions, XR applications and more. A unique in Dutch higher education in ICT, the showpiece is a fully operational LED video wall more than 9 metres wide.
