Guest lecture Agile/Prince2
A lecture on how to combine Agile with Prince2, using AXI's practical knowledge.
A group of students works on a software solution based on a problem provided by AXI. The project is delivered by students using the SCRUM method. AXI fulfills the role of product owner, coaching students in defining the correct content of user stories and the amount of detail. During each sprint AXI will emphasize one of the many aspects of the SCRUM process.ICT & Software Engineering - Semester 6
AXI provides a guest lecture on Performance tuning in which practice cases are being discussed. Step by step the optimalisation of the project is being worked on, together with the students.
